All things quilty . . .

Spent some time earlier, laying out the rows of my Bee in My Bonnet Row Along quilt top, in preparation for hopefully finding some time this weekend to sew them together.
Yay :-)

Then I've still got to add the inner and outer borders etc too, so it's still a wee bit away from being finished . . .

I seem to have fallen behind a little, but do hop over to Lori's blog and see just how gorgeous her quilt is.
It is truly lovely.

And I've been packing my basket with all the things I need to take with me to the "Machine Quilting for the Terrified" workshop that I'm doing tomorrow at The Quilter's Den in Warwick.

Looking forward to it, and hoping I will be somewhat less terrified thereafter  !

Oh, and it's supposed to warm up this weekend too.  Could it be that Spring is finally here ?
Whatever you're up to, have a great weekend . . .
xoxo

  1. Hi Gilly, your quilt is looking lovely and will be gorgeous when its finished! Just popped over to see Lori's amazing quilt too - well done to you for doing this, what a great idea of Lori's.
Hope you have fun at the workshop and come away full of confidence and raring to go!
Our local forecast, instead of sun and high temps is now back to two days of cloud and rain, but atleast it should be warmer - hope you get some sun!
